Darren Mutter

Darren Mutter has extensive experience in the field of social care, currently serving as the Head of Children’s Services at Pembrokeshire County Council since October 2017, where responsibilities include leadership in various social care and housing initiatives. Previous roles include Interim Director of Social Care and Housing and Service Manager for Children's Services at the same council, and Head of Fostering for Wales at Compass Fostering. Darren served as an Independent Adoption Panel Member at SSAFA the Armed Forces charity and held managerial positions at FOSTERING OUTCOMES LTD and Pathway Care. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Certificate in Strategic and Operational Leadership in Social Care from Oxford Brookes University and multiple degrees in Management and Social Work.
