Paula Rand

Paula Rand is a seasoned architectural professional with extensive design experience, currently serving as a Senior Designer at Pembrooke & Ives since March 2021. Previous roles include Architectural Designer at Choshields Studio and Jeffrey Beers International, as well as Architectural Associate at Design Republic. Over the years, Paula has held various design positions, including Project Designer at Katz Architecture and Project Management, and Construction Assistant at House Surgeon. Paula began their architectural career as an Intern Architect at Choshields Studio. A Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree was earned from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute between 2007 and 2012.
