Grace Chiquette

Grace Chiquette is a seasoned real estate professional and entrepreneur, currently serving as the owner of Stimulus Realty LLC, a licensed real estate company in Washington and Idaho since September 2011. Grace also hosts "American Dream TV" with American Dream Network and holds the position of HUD Local Listing Broker at PEMCO Limited since November 2012, showcasing expertise as a certified REO specialist. Previously, Grace was a local area approved HUD listing broker at BLB Resources, Inc. from March 2014 to May 2021 and owned Grace Properties in Arizona from 1991 to 2004. Grace's educational background includes a BS in Journalism/Broadcasting/Mass Communications from Arizona State University and multiple certifications in real estate, highlighting a commitment to professional development in the field.
