Catherine Huang

Catherine Huang is an experienced actuarial professional currently serving as an Actuarial Manager and Product Development Actuary at PEMCO since December 2022, focusing on model development and pricing segmentation to enhance loss ratio initiatives. Previously, Catherine held the position of Director I and Actuary in Property Strategy Research at Liberty Mutual Insurance from February 2013 to December 2022, where responsibilities included statistical analysis, predictive modeling, project management, and mentoring junior team members. Prior to that, Catherine worked in various actuarial roles at American Family Insurance from August 2007 to February 2013, beginning as an Actuarial Analyst and advancing to Senior Analyst. Catherine's career commenced as an Actuarial Intern at Ameritas in 2006. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from Southeast University.
