Chad Barber

Chad Barber has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Chad started their career at Safeco Insurance in 1996 as a Director of Adminstration and later held various management roles including Assistant Vice President of Customer Care and Director of Business Process. In 2009, they joined Liberty Mutual Insurance as a Director of Operations, and later served as the Manager of Customer Communication Platform and Director of Global Retail Markets - Service Center Sales Operations and Strategy. Currently, they are employed as the Director of Sales and Distribution at PEMCO, a position they have held since 2019.

Chad Barber holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Decision Information Systems from the University of Montana. In addition to their degree, Chad Barber has obtained certifications in various areas. Chad has completed the "Leading and Managing Globally" program from the Yale School of Management & IMD Business School, Switzerland. Chad also participated in the "Embedding Strategic Excellence: Executive Education Program" at Columbia Business School and the "Leading Innovative Change: Executive Education" program with UC Berkeley. Chad holds a certification as a Lean Six Sigma Champion from MoreSteam.com LLC.
