Karla Cecilia R. Albano, CAPM®, currently serves as a Business Process Management Specialist at Penbrothers, where responsibilities include collaborating across operational units for process reviews and creating process documentation. Previously, Karla held the role of GBS Transformation Leader at CEVA Logistics, leading a team of 10-15 associates and focusing on performance management and process improvement initiatives. At IKEA, Karla worked as a Goods Flow Process Leader, ensuring the execution of goods flow processes and team development. Prior experience includes managing a Shipping and Delivery Support Team at Amazon, leading customer service teams at Maersk Line, and serving as Claims Team Lead at Accenture. Karla holds a Bachelor of Science in Tourism and Travel Services Management from the University of Santo Tomas and is currently pursuing Project Management Basics from the Project Management Institute.
