Rea Olila

Rea Olila is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Penbrothers since October 2023. Prior to this role, Rea held a series of positions at Foundever from September 2022 to July 2023, including Talent Acquisition Manager Track, and at Sitel Group from August 2021 to March 2023, advancing through roles such as Recruitment Manager Track, Recruitment Supervisor, and Recruitment Officer. Rea's talent acquisition journey began at SYKES Philippines, where the position of Recruitment Officer was held from October 2018 to August 2021, and earlier as a Talent Acquisition Associate. Rea has also worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst, Retention Specialist, Study Coordinator, and UK Customer Service Representative throughout a diverse career. Rea earned a Bachelor's degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Rizal Technological University and a Dual Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Careers Australia Alumni.
