Tim Baugus

Tim Baugus has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Tim started their career in 1989 at Skanska, where they held the position of Senior Vice President for over three decades until August 2020. In August 2020, they joined Pence Construction as Vice President.

Tim Baugus has a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Construction Engineering, which they obtained from Arizona State University from 1986 to 1988. Prior to that, they attended Oregon State University from 1983 to 1986, where they focused on Construction Engineering Management. In addition to their formal education, Tim Baugus has obtained certifications such as DBIA Certified from the Design-Build Institute of America in January 2021, and LEED AP certification, for which the institution and date of completion are currently unavailable.
