Diogo Sampaio

Diogo Sampaio is a seasoned creative professional currently serving as Creative Director and Art Director at Pencil since March 2024, where responsibilities include overseeing GenAI projects, refining client briefs, and enhancing creative output quality. Previously, Diogo represented ASUS ProArt in Portugal as a Brand Representative and held the position of Art Director at Adobe, focusing on content creation for Photoshop and Adobe MAX London 2023. Additional experience encompasses roles as a Matte Painter at Glimpse VFX, Surreal Imagery Maker and Concept Artist at strongsidestudio, and various freelance graphic design projects. Diogo earned a Licentiate degree in Design and Communication Visual from Escola Superior de Artes e Design and completed a course on Matte Painting from Learn Squared.
