Purity Kanorio has a strong work experience background with a focus on customer service and management. Purity started their career as an Intern at Equity Bank Limited in 2008 and later worked as a Customer Service Officer and Branch Training Supervisor. From 2013 to 2017, they held the role of Branch Coordinator in the Wings to fly program at Equity Group Foundation. Kanorio then returned to Equity Bank Limited as a Senior Relationship Officer in customer service.

In 2018, they joined Penda Health and took on various roles, including Customer Intelligence Analyst and Branch Manager, where they excelled in performance management and patient experience. Purity was later promoted to Senior Branch Manager, where they mentored and taught branch managers in leadership, operations, and customer experience.
