Bill Lascara has extensive career experience starting in 1983 at Johnathan Corporation, where they served as General Counsel and later became Chief Financial Officer. William A. (Bill) represented the company and its subsidiaries in various legal matters, including corporate, government contracts, business, real estate, labor, construction, and administrative law issues. In 1994, they founded their own firm, Lascara & Associates, P.C. and served as a Founding Member until 1999. In the same year, they joined Pender & Coward, P.C. as a Shareholder and Chief Financial Officer.
William A. Lascara attended the University of Virginia from 1976 to 1980, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. During their undergraduate studies, they focused on majors in History and Government. Subsequently, from 1980 to 1983, they pursued a Juris Doctor degree at the William & Mary Law School.
