M. İzzet Öztop

He was born in 1973 in Bolu - Göynük district. He completed Uludag University Faculty of Business Administration in 1994, and his Master's Degree in Management and Organization in 2006 - 2007. After working in a private company for 4 years, he started to work in Pendik Municipality Account Affairs Directorate. He served as the Technical Services Chief of the Purchasing Department in 2003, and the Strategy Development Manager between 2006-July 2013. After serving as Financial Services Manager in July 2013, he served as Vice President between 2014-2019. As of May 2019, he continues to serve as the Advisor to the President.
