Vahap Doğan

He was born in 1979 in Çemişgezek. He completed his primary and secondary education in Elazig. He graduated from Selçuk University, Faculty of Architecture and Engineering, Department of Civil Engineering, which he started in 1997, in 2001. Master's Degree; She graduated from Bahçeşehir University, "Institute of Science, Urban Systems and Transportation Management" program. He is doing his PhD at Gebze Technical University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Business Administration.

He started his working life with Pentaş A.Ş., a subsidiary of Pendik Municipality, in 2002. He started out as a construction manager. After working here for a year, he started to work in Pendik Municipality, Science Affairs Directorate in 2003; He served as Control Engineer, Tender Affairs Chief, Deputy Director of Science Affairs, Directorate of Science Affairs, Survey Project Manager-Mayor Advisor and Municipality Committee Member, respectively. In 2012, he took the position of Technical Vice President. Vahap DOĞAN, SPK Real Estate Evaluation Specialist and Occupational Safety Specialist, received certified trainings in the fields of Performance Based Budgeting, Quality Management in Municipalities, Training of Trainers from the Public Procurement Authority and Structural Engineering. She studied language in England and speaks advanced English.
