The Program Management team at Pendleton Place is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the various programs designed to support vulnerable children, young adults, and families. They ensure that each initiative, such as the Assessment Center, Connections Count, and Smith House, runs smoothly and effectively, working collaboratively with staff and community partners to implement best practices. This team focuses on continuous improvement, data analysis, and program evaluation to enhance service delivery and achieve the organization's mission of fostering stable home environments and bright futures for those they serve.
