Arie Zaks

Arie Zaks is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as Sr Director of Engineering at Pendo.io since July 2020, Zaks has held various leadership roles including Director of Engineering and Engineering Manager. Prior to Pendo.io, Zaks co-founded and served as CTO at CliClap.com, a B2B platform specializing in personalized content journeys. Zaks's earlier career includes significant tenure at Verint from 2004 to 2015, where leadership in DevOps and software development teams contributed to advancements in Continuous Integration and software quality. Zaks began professional pursuits in software quality assurance at Verint and TeleSpear Technologies after military service, culminating in a B.A. in management and computer science from The Open University.
