Grant Battle

Grant Battle is an experienced human resources leader with a diverse background in people operations, serving in various roles across multiple companies. Currently, Grant is the Sr. Director and People Partner Lead at Pendo.io, where responsibilities include leading the People Partner team and supporting global Engineering teams. Previous roles include directing people operations at Google for Data Analytics within GCP Core Infra, and at Looker for Engineering, Product, and Marketing. Grant has also held leadership positions at Hired, Inc., Bleacher Report, and GSN (TV & Games), with a foundation in HR gained through various HR roles. Grant earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Clark University.
