Rachael Pickering

Rachael Pickering is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and operations. Currently serving as Chief of Staff, People at Pendo.io since March 2021, Rachael has held various roles, including Sr. People Growth Program Manager and People Product Manager, focusing on talent and organizational development. Prior roles include VP of People and Operations and Director of People + Operations at Smashing Boxes and CCHPO, Inc., respectively. Rachael also contributed to Openbox as Chief of Staff & Culture and worked as Employment Manager at D Cubed Group LLC and Assistant Manager at IMG Models.
