Shuyun L.

Shuyun L. is an experienced professional currently serving as Advisor and Head of Product Strategy at Pendulum since 2024. Shuyun has held multiple positions at EY since 2015, progressing from Senior Consultant to Senior Manager. Prior experience includes a role in the Office of the President at MTA New York City Transit (2014-2015) and a position in the Department of Management at the United Nations in 2014. As a co-founder and co-chair of the International Women's Outreach Committee (IWOC) from 2009 to 2012, Shuyun focused on connecting with women's groups globally and raising awareness on women's issues. In 2011, Shuyun received the Alice Drum Award for Women's and Gender Studies for developing an education program for children in rural China, supported by UN Women. Shuyun earned a Master of Arts in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University (2013-2015) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Applied Math from Franklin & Marshall College (2008-2012), alongside a bachelor's degree in Psychology from National Taiwan University in 2011.
