James Heal is the Senior Change Delivery Manager at PenFed Credit Union, where James leads product-related implementations across various channels and has recently launched several significant products. Prior to this, James was the Correspondent Performance & Quality Manager at TIAA Bank before the acquisition by PenFed. James has a strong background in project management, marketing, and financial analysis, with experience at companies such as EverBank, Mortgage Cadence, Aurora Bank FSB, and Lehman Brothers - Aurora Loan Services Division. James holds an MBA in International Finance from the University of Illinois Springfield and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Millikin University.
