Jimmy Jones

Jimmy Jones is a Senior UX Design Strategist currently working at PenFed Credit Union. With experience in various companies such as Havas CX, West Cary Group, GSK US, Capital One, and The Martin Agency, Jimmy has led and managed user experience processes, analyzed user behaviors, collaborated with cross-functional teams, and utilized new technologies to enhance digital customer experiences. Jimmy holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design/Animation from Virginia Commonwealth University School of the Arts.
