Hannah Jung Hyun Kim

Hannah Jung Hyun Kim is an experienced Solution Architect at Penfield Assist Digital, specializing in Salesforce-driven customer experience solutions since October 2022. Previously, Hannah held the positions of Marketing Cloud Part Leader and Marketing Cloud Consultant at i2MAX from April 2020 to July 2022, contributing to digital transformation as a Platinum Salesforce partner. Prior to that, Hannah was a Freelance English Tutor from January 2014 to March 2020, providing personalized language instruction to a diverse range of students. Hannah also gained experience in public relations and global marketing as an External Relations Intern at Cosmochain in July 2018. Hannah holds a Bachelor's degree in International Studies and Business Administration from Ewha Womans University, and participated in an exchange program focused on International Business Administration at NHL Stenden.
