Rachel Norris

Rachel Norris has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Rachel started their career as a Waitress at Fiona Herbert Catering in 2013. In the same year, they also worked as a Mathematics Tutor as self-employed. From 2015 to 2016, they served as a Workshop Leader/Presenter at Loughborough University Sports Development Centre. In 2017, Rachel worked as an Industrial Placement-Clinical Statistics at GSK before taking on a Medical Statistics Research Summer Internship at Loughborough University. Rachel conducted primary research studies and utilized statistical program R for data analysis. Rachel joined Penfold in 2020 and has held various roles including Operations Associate and Operations and Data Manager. Currently, they serve as the Head of Operations at Penfold.

Rachel Norris earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from Loughborough University from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, they attended The Minster School from 2008 to 2015 for their High School education. Additionally, Rachel obtained a certification in "dbt fundamentals" from dbt Labs in February 2022.
