Nicole Kosta

Nicole Kosta is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in the wine and beverage industry. Currently serving as Hospitality Business Manager at Penfolds since December 2022, Kosta previously held positions such as Director of Hospitality at Hamel Family Wines and Partner/Director of Hospitality, Sales, and Marketing at Satyre Wines. Kosta also operated Kosta Wine Consulting, providing expert advice to small wineries and restaurants. Additional roles include Director of Events at Benovia Winery and Director of Beverage & Events at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. Kosta's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Organic Chemistry from the University of Adelaide and certification as a Sommelier from the Court of Master Sommeliers.
