Claudio Pepe began their work experience in 1997 as the Jefe de Finanzas at Grupo Planeta. Claudio then moved on to MetroRed in 2000 as the Gerente de Administración, and later joined Random House Mondadori in 2002 as the Gerente de Administración y Finanzas. In 2007, they became the CFO at Penguin Random House Grupo Editorial - Bertelsmann Group, where they continue to work.
Claudio Pepe attended various educational institutions throughout their career. In 1989, they enrolled at the Universidad Nacional de Lomas de Zamora, where they pursued a degree in Accounting and Finance. Claudio successfully completed their studies there and graduated as a Contador Publico in 1995.
Following their undergraduate degree, Claudio Pepe went on to pursue further education. In 1998, they enrolled in the University of Buenos Aires for a posgrado in ADMINISTRACION FINANCIERA, specializing in Finance. This program lasted for two years, and they completed it in 2000.
After a break from formal education, Claudio Pepe resumed their studies at the IAE Business School in an Executive program focusing on FINANCE. Claudio completed this program in 2009.
In 2016, Claudio Pepe enrolled in the Finance Executive program at the Universidad del CEMA, further expanding their knowledge in the field of finance. Later on, in 2019, they pursued an Executive program in ECONOMIA PARA DIRECTIVOS at the same institution, emphasizing economics.
In recent years, Claudio Pepe has shown an interest in the rapidly growing fields of technology and data analytics. In 2021, they pursued a BIG DATA Executive program at the Universidad de 'San Andres', where they gained expertise in analyzing and utilizing big data for business purposes. Additionally, in the same year, they participated in an Executive program at the Universidad del CEMA, focusing on SERVICIOS FINANCIEROS DIGITALES, exploring the realm of financial management services in a digital context.
Continuing their pursuit of knowledge, Claudio Pepe enrolled in the FINTECH Executive program at the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires in 2022. This program centers around Financial Management Services/Technology.
Finally, prior to all the above executive programs, Claudio Pepe undertook a Preparing For Opportunities (PFO) program at INSEAD, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Claudio completed this program in 2011.
