Aditi Kumar

Aditi Kumar is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of People & Innovation, as well as the Head of CSR and Internal Compliance at Penguin Random House India since January 2018, Aditi has advanced human resources initiatives and corporate social responsibility. Previously, at Moser Baer India Limited from October 2006 to March 2012, Aditi held the position of Senior Manager - HR, where responsibilities included collaborating on corporate organization development and HR initiatives across multiple business sectors. Aditi also contributed to Right Management Consulting from 2004 to 2006 as a team member, focusing on HR systems redesign and employer branding. Earlier, Aditi worked as a Manager at Maps 'n' Grow Consultants Ltd. and holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development from the Delhi School of Economics, completed in 2003.
