Ajay Joshi is an experienced supply chain professional with a career spanning over 15 years in the publishing industry. Currently serving as Group Vice President Supply Chain at Penguin Random House India since October 2008, Ajay has held various roles, including Vice President and AVP of Demand Planning & Production, where responsibilities include managing production operations and inventory to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Prior to Penguin Random House, Ajay was General Manager Production at Scholastic India, overseeing the production of book fair and book club titles, focusing on reprinting US and UK titles in India. Ajay's expertise includes paper procurement, internal and external inspections, and ensuring adherence to international quality standards.
