Jim Rivela

Jim Rivela has extensive experience in technical support and management within the technology sector. Currently serving as the Manager of Product Support and System Service Engineer V at Penguin Solutions since August 2022, Rivela previously spent nearly 37 years at Stratus Technologies, where responsibilities included managing a team of field and service engineers while actively troubleshooting customer issues. Rivela has also held leadership roles in sports organizations, such as AAU Director at Riley Baseball Instruction and President of Hudson Youth Baseball & Softball. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Westfield State University and an Associate's degree in Computer Systems Analysis from Ft Benjamin Harris.
