Kerry Champion

Kerry Champion is an advisor at PenguinSmart, and has previously served as interim executive, principal, fractional CTO, and advisor for multiple companies. Kerry has also been a partner at Deep Blue Capital Management and VP of engineering at Carlypso.

Kerry's experience in data platform, data science, and software engineering has allowed their to develop numerous tools and guides to help others avoid common pitfalls in machine learning projects. Kerry is also an expert in explainable AI (XAI) technology, and has consulted on various projects involving this technology. In addition to their consulting work, Kerry has also developed and presented a full-day machine learning workshop.

Kerry Champion graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Quantitative Methods from San Francisco State University.
