Eveline Borges

Eveline Borges is an experienced professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a Junior Sommelier and Waitress at Penha Longa Resort since May 2021. Eveline has previously held positions as a Second Waitress at Sublime Comporta Country House Retreat and as a Junior Sommelier and Wine Shop Assistant at Castello Banfi Il Borgo. Additionally, Eveline completed internship programs in the kitchen at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and NAU Hotels & Resorts. Eveline holds a Licentiate degree in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management from the Polytechnic of Leiria and a degree in Restaurant and Catering Management from ESTM, both completed between 2016 and 2019.
