Lesley Kerry

Lesley Kerry began their work experience in 2006 as an HRBP at News UK. Lesley then moved on to work as the Head of HR at Selfridges from 2007 to 2014. Since 2015, they have been serving as the HR Director at Penhaligon's, where they collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to develop a people strategy for the luxury fragrance brands. Lesley also provides day-to-day HR support to the business.

Lesley Kerry obtained a Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring from the Oxford School of Coaching and Mentoring in 2012-2013. Prior to that, they completed a CIPD qualification at Kingston University from 1997-1998. Their earliest degree is a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business/Commerce from Kingston University, earned from 1991-1995.
