Corey Gillon

Corey Gillon serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Peninsula Co-op since November 2022, overseeing a retail operation with annual revenues of $300 million and 500 employees across various business lines including fuel, convenience stores, grocery, and liquor. Prior to this role, Corey held the position of Chief Executive Officer and Board Director at Choom from August 2019 to July 2022, where responsibilities included leading a pre-revenue start-up that was sold to HighTide in 2022. Corey's experience also includes a tenure as Senior Vice President of Retail at Aritzia, managing a retail profit and loss of approximately $700 million, and significant roles at Walmart Canada, including Vice President of Ecommerce and Omnichannel, and Vice President of Operations, with P&L responsibilities exceeding $7 billion. Corey's early career in retail included serving as Senior Director for M&A Integration in Africa. Educationally, Corey holds a PLD from Harvard Business School, completed in 2011.
