Babak Tamjid

Babak Tamjid is a highly experienced medical oncologist currently practicing at Peninsula Health and Peninsula Private Hospital since May 2016 and February 2017, respectively. Concurrently, Babak serves as a Senior Lecturer at Monash University since June 2019. Previously, Babak held the position of Clinical Director of Oncology and Medical Oncologist at Goulburn Valley Health from February 2016 to April 2019 and worked as a Lecturer at the University of Melbourne from March 2016 to March 2019. Babak's foundational training includes roles as an Oncology Fellow at Austin Health and an Advanced Trainee at both Eastern Health and Alfred Health. Babak holds a Fellowship from the Royal Australasian College of Physicians in Medical Oncology, obtained from Monash University.
