Nick Mavroudis

Chief/senior Audiologist at Peninsula Health

Nick Mavroudis has a strong background in audiology, with over 30 years of experience. Nick began their career as a Clinical Audiologist at The Royal Victorian Eye & Ear Hospital from 1987 to 1988. Nick then worked as a Clinical Audiologist at Frankston Hospital from 1988 to 1989. In 1990, they joined Frankston/Mornington Peninsula Hospital as the Chief Audiologist & Department Head until 1995. Since 1995, they have been with Peninsula Health Community Health, initially as the Chief Audiologist & Department Head until 2009, and currently serving as the Chief/Senior Audiologist.

Nick Mavroudis began their education at Dandenong High School, where they completed their secondary education from 1977 to 1982. Following this, they attended Monash University from 1983 to 1985, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Biochemistry and Physiology. In 1986, at the University of Melbourne, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Audiology. In the same year, they enrolled at Monash University once again and completed an Honours Degree of Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry in 1987.
