Hayden Thomas

Hayden Thomas is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in information technology roles. Hayden currently serves as the Director of Information Technology at Peninsula Insurance Bureau, where they focus on providing TPA services in the property casualty arena. Prior to this, Hayden worked as an IT Technology Specialist at Florida Power & Light, where they served over 4.8 million customer accounts across Florida. Hayden also held roles as an IT Support Administrator at The Kabbalah Centre and an IT Technician at V-NET Consulting Corp. Hayden has experience in network administration, hardware and software troubleshooting, data backups, and disaster recovery operations. Hayden has also worked in sales roles at Konica Minolta Business Solutions, IKON Office Solutions, and Enterprise Car Sales/Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where they focused on client management, sales training, and business development. Hayden holds a strong track record of improving operational efficiency and providing excellent customer service.

Hayden Thomas has pursued education in various fields over the years. From 1986 to 1988, they attended Westminster Academy, although no degree or specific field of study is mentioned. Following this, they enrolled at Florida State University from 1988 to 1990, focusing on Mechanical Engineering, although they did not complete a degree at this institution.

In 2009, Hayden began studying at DeVry University, College of Engineering & Information Sciences. Hayden completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Information Systems with a specialization in Information Systems Security in 2013.

Continuing their education, Hayden attended Nova Southeastern University from 2014 to 2015. During this time, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree, which was in progress, in Management Information Systems with a specialization in Information Security Management.

Additionally, Hayden has obtained the Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from Florida Power and Light in August 2014.
