Lael Gray

Lael Gray currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at the PJCC - Peninsula Jewish Community Center, overseeing operations for various program areas, including early childhood education and fitness services, while initiating new programs such as an infant and toddler program in September 2023. Previously, Lael Gray was the Chief Executive Officer of Jewish Silicon Valley, successfully leading the merger of the Addison-Penzak JCC and Jewish Federation during the Covid pandemic. Lael Gray's extensive experience also includes roles as Executive Director at Asheville Jewish Community Center, where oversight of operational and fiscal management was key, and as Principal at Lael Gray Design Studio, focusing on corporate identity and marketing. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Communications & Film from Binghamton University and a Level III Credential in Early Childhood Administration from Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College.
