Vinayok Shinoyy possesses extensive experience in commercial marketing and sales within the real estate sector. Currently serving as Senior Manager-Commercial Marketing & Sales at Peninsula Land Limited since April 2008, Vinayok oversees the sales and marketing of various commercial projects, including IT parks and retail space leasing. Prior to this role, Vinayok worked as Manager-Marketing & Sales at Shapoorji Pallonji & Co., focusing on the sales and marketing of the IT SEZ SP Infocity in Pune while also managing projects in Mumbai and Chennai. Vinayok began their career at TATA Housing and Development Co. as a Deputy Manager, responsible for the sale and leasing of commercial office spaces and gaining valuable experience in property consultancy. Vinayok holds a Master in Marketing Management (MMM) from the Welingkar Institute of Management.
