Chance Busey

Chance Busey is a dedicated educator and coach currently serving as a Teacher with Peninsula School District and a Baseball Coach at Gig Harbor High School since March 2019. Busey also holds the position of Assistant Marketing Director at Gig Harbor Marina, focusing on social media and public relations since March 2017. In the realm of film production, Busey works as a Producer/Director and Photographer's assistant on a freelance basis. Previous professional experience includes a role as Sales Manager at Vivint Solar and an internship as Sports Information Intern at Doane College, where responsibilities included compiling statistics and producing athletic event materials. Early career experiences include freelancing as a journalist for Beatrice Daily Sun, covering high school sports, and teaching sailing at Gig Harbor Yacht Club Junior Sailing Program. Busey earned a Master of Education in Secondary Education and Teaching from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Media from Doane University.
