Shay Attias

Shay Attias currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at PenLink, a role commenced in January 2024 following a strategic merger with Cobwebs Technologies. Prior to this position, Shay was the CTO at Cobwebs Technologies from June 2015 to January 2024, specializing in leading software development and managing multidisciplinary products in the technological market. Earlier experience includes serving as a Software Team Leader at Verint-Systems, where Shay led the development of complex cellular systems, and roles as a Software Engineer at Verint-Systems, Mango DSP, and Elisra, focusing on cellular systems, video surveillance, and embedded real-time software development. Shay holds an MBA in Business Management and a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering from Bar-Ilan University.
