James S. Kaminski

James S. Kaminski is an accomplished underwriter with extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as a Commercial Lines Senior Underwriter at Penn-America Group since December 2020. Prior to this role, James worked as a Producer/Underwriter at NSM Insurance Group and spent five years at Selective Insurance as a Commercial Lines Senior Underwriter, where responsibilities included managing commercial excess and surplus lines for MUSIC and focusing on risk minimization and business relationship development. James also held the position of Personal Lines Underwriter at Kemper Corporation from 2007 to 2012, ensuring policy rating accuracy and risk assessment for auto and homeowner lines. James holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Organizational Leadership from Penn State University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Hotel Restaurant & Institutional Management from Luzerne County Community College.
