Jennifer Crossen

Jennifer Crossen, PhD has a diverse range of work experience. Jennifer currently works as a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) starting in 2023. Prior to that, they served as Co-President at Penn Biotech Group starting in 2022. Jennifer also has experience as a PHD Candidate at the University of Pennsylvania, where they conducted research on the clotting of donor blood using microfluidics. Jennifer collaborated with industry scientists, academic researchers, and vendors to design experiments measuring the thermal stability of coagulation proteins. Jennifer also worked as a Process Engineering Intern at Briggs of Burton PLC in 2017, where they developed process flow diagrams and performed sizing calculations for manufacturing equipment. Jennifer also gained valuable experience as a Plastics Production Engineering Co-op at Toyota Motor Corporation in 2016, leading a project to decrease cycle time and chemical usage in the mold cleaning process. In 2015, they worked as a Paint Production Engineering Co-op at Toyota Motor North America, Inc., coordinating projects to replace pipelines and equipment on manufacturing lines.

Jennifer Crossen, PhD completed their education in the field of Chemical Engineering. Jennifer earned their Bachelor's degree from Rochester Institute of Technology between the years 2013 and 2018. Following that, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Chemical Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania from 2018 to 2023.
