Mike Schuler has over a decade of experience in talent acquisition and human resources management. Currently serving as the Manager of Talent Acquisition at Penn Color since June 2014, Mike oversees planning, execution, resources, process, systems, and performance metrics in recruitment strategies. Prior to this role, Mike was the Manager of Recruitment & HR Administration at ePharmaSolutions and held multiple positions at ICON Clinical Research, including Manager of HR Process & Improvement and Manager of Global Recruitment Operations, where contributions included standardizing HR processes and overseeing recruitment efforts across global markets. Mike began a career in recruitment at Take Care Health Systems and VWR International, where recruitment functions were established and enhanced respectively. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a concentration in Accounting from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and a Lean Six Sigma Certification from Villanova University.
