William Waters

William Waters has extensive work experience in the field of research and development, specifically in the plastics industry. William currently works as a Research and Development Scientist at Penn Color, Inc., where they lead and manages multiple global plastics projects and conducts formulation and process development studies. Before that, they worked as a Product Development Engineer at Dunmore from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they were a Product & Development Engineer at AGC Chemicals Americas Inc. from 2018 to 2020, where they contributed to new product development and provided technical support to customers. William also has experience at Johnson Matthey, where they held the positions of Washcoat Engineer and Process Control Engineer. At The Dow Chemical Company, they worked as a Formulation Lab Chemist. Furthermore, William has held roles at Process Engineering and Design, Protocall Communications Inc., Introduction to Engineering Design, and Governor's School of Engineering and Technology.

William Waters attended the University of Maryland from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering.
