Tara Young has extensive work experience in the education sector. Tara started their career in 2001 at Penn Delco School District as an English Teacher/Technology Integrator, where they worked until 2014. In 2014, they became the Assistant Principal at Northley Middle School within the same district, and later in 2018, they were promoted to the role of School Principal. Alongside their work in the school district, they also served as an Adjunct Professor at Neumann University from 2009 to 2014, teaching various courses in the Graduate Department of Education.
