Erik Penn has over 15 years of experience in the digital field of strategy, planning, programming and account management. Erik began their career in 2005 as a Senior Project Manager/Producer at Team One Advertising, where they produced a website and mobile application for Team One on behalf of client Lexus Motor Company of America. In 2006, they took on roles at BBDO West as a Project Lead Producer, Emerging Media, BNC PR as a Project Lead, and Tribal DDB as a Senior Project Manager/Producer, Emerging Media. At Tribal DDB, they were responsible for overseeing the production of Podcasts for Tribal DDB on behalf of Wells Fargo Bank. That same year, they also worked at Organic Inc. as an Account Supervisor and Engagement Manager. In 2007, they began working at Hamon & Associates as the Director of Interactive, and at Threshold Interactive as the Director of Production. In 2008, they took on the role of Digital Director at The Ballpark. Finally, in 2009, they became the Digital Director and Account Director at Fraser Communications. In 2006, they also founded Penn Digital Inc., where they managed complex digital initiatives for smartphones, tablets and online.
Erik Penn attended Pepperdine University where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/BS with a focus in Science/Math. Erik then went on to attend the University of Southern California where they earned a Master of Fine Art from the Peter Stark Film Producers Program.
