Heather Clark, MBA, is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in the gaming industry. Currently serving as the Regional Director of Regulatory Compliance at PENN Entertainment, Inc. since August 2023, responsibilities include overseeing compliance for Ameristar Casino East Chicago and Hollywood Casino Lawrenceburg. Prior roles include Regulatory Compliance Manager at Penn Interactive and Director of Regulatory Compliance at Penn National Gaming. Heather began a career in compliance at Ameristar Casinos, Inc. and also worked as a Staff Accountant at Horseshoe Casino. Academically, Heather holds an MBA in Business from Western Governors University, along with a Bachelor's in Business Management from the same institution. Additional qualifications include a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova University and a degree in Office Administration from Ivy Tech Community College.
