Hilary Barrett

Hilary Barrett is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in employment and litigation matters. Currently serving as Vice President of Employment & Litigation at PENN Entertainment, Inc. since August 2019, Barrett oversees enterprise-wide litigation and labor-employment issues. Previous roles include Vice President of Employment & Business Affairs at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and Special Counsel at Littler. Barrett also held significant positions at MGM Resorts International as Vice President & Legal Counsel and at Littler Mendelson as Senior Associate General Counsel. With a legal education from the William S. Boyd School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Sonoma State University, Barrett combines academic knowledge with practical expertise in the legal field.
