James Edwards

James Edwards, Jr. has extensive experience in auditing and customer support within the gaming and telecommunications industries. Currently serving as Lead Revenue Auditor at Penn National Gaming since July 2012, James previously held positions as a Revenue Auditor at the same organization. Prior experience includes working as an Auditor at Caesars Entertainment Corporation from May 2006 to July 2012 and as a Technical Support Representative at AT&T Mobility from December 2003 to May 2006, where assistance was provided to customers in troubleshooting wireless devices. James began his career as a Slot Floorperson at Tropicana Entertainment - Belle of Baton Rouge from October 2000 to December 2003. Educational qualifications include a high school diploma from Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College at Baton Rouge, completed between 1994 and 1999 and an additional high school tenure at Northwest High School and Plaisance High School.
