Jon Ibarguen

Jon Ibarguen has extensive experience in finance within the gaming and hospitality sectors, currently serving as Vice President of Finance and CFO at PENN Entertainment, Inc. since May 2016, overseeing financial operations across multiple properties including The M Resort, Tropicana, and Zia Park. Prior to this role, Jon held various finance leadership positions at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino Las Vegas, where responsibilities included managing large teams and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Additionally, Jon's career includes roles in internal auditing and casino control at Monte Carlo Resort & Casino and MGM Resorts International. Jon holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Accounting from UNLV Lee Business School.
