Joseph Padian

Joseph Padian is an experienced professional in direct marketing and print production, currently serving as Manager of CRM Strategy at PENN Entertainment, Inc. since June 2019. Previously, Joseph held the role of Direct Marketing Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing a team and managing direct mail and email campaigns. Prior to PENN, Joseph worked at MGM Resorts International as a Production Supervisor, successfully planning and executing printed collateral and direct mail for renowned resorts in Las Vegas. Earlier roles include Document Production Specialist at ARIA Resort & Casino, where Joseph contributed to the establishment of an in-house printing program, and a similar role at Bellagio, transforming a basic copy shop into a comprehensive digital printing facility. Joseph began the career at FedEx Kinko's, managing retail operations and enhancing digital printing skills during a significant industry transition. Joseph holds a degree from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, completed between January 2021 and January 2022.
