Natasha Romulus

Natasha Romulus serves as the Vice President of Benefits and Team Member Relations at Penn National Gaming since July 2019. Prior experience includes a Vice President role at Aon Hewitt, focusing on strategic planning and vendor management in the Health and Benefits practice from September 2014 to July 2019. Prior to Aon Hewitt, Natasha held the position of Director of Benefits at Saint-Gobain from March 2006 to September 2014, overseeing benefits for North America's extensive workforce. Natasha's career also includes roles as a Client Manager at CoreSource and a Benefits Analyst at Mercer Human Resource Consulting. Natasha holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Rosemont College.
